Gen Z's Challenges
-Digital Natives with Unique Pressures: Gen Z has grown up in an era dominated by technology, which has shaped their experiences and expectations. While they are adept at navigating digital spaces, they often face overwhelming pressures from social media, including issues like cyberbullying and unrealistic comparisons to influencers. This constant exposure can lead to feelings of inadequacy and anxiety.
-Economic Uncertainty: Many Gen Z are entering the workforce during a time of economic instability, facing high costs of living, student debt, and job market challenges. This environment can foster a sense of hopelessness, making it difficult for them to envision a stable future.
-Lack of Real-World Experience: Having spent significant time in virtual environments, many Gen Z individuals may struggle with interpersonal skills and real-world interactions.
